Return & Refund Policy

At Watercolor Point, all of our products are made to order. This means each item is created specifically for you once your purchase is completed.

Due to our print-on-demand production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, ordering mistakes, or change of mind.


Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly assist you.

Within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not require the defective item to be returned unless explicitly stated.


Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.


Personalized Products

Custom or personalized items (including products with names, phrases, dates, or any customer-requested modifications) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Because these items are made specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold or reused.

If a personalized product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing or printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can evaluate and provide a solution.

We are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect sizing, or inaccurate information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
